Missions Ministry Food Collections

Our Mission Ministry is the essence of how we share the love of God with the communities we serve. We have partnered with organizations within Columbus and New Albany to help achieve their goals in providing basic needs for children and their families.

The organization partners and activities include:

Weekend Food Program:
Provide meals to students with food insecurities in the New Albany Intermediate School and New Albany Middle School each weekend during the school year.

Sunny Day Project:
Provide personal care supplies, clothing, classroom supplies and snacks to New Albany High School, New Albany Middle School and Avondale Elementary in Columbus.

Foster Teen Duffle Bags:
Provide duffle bags filled with personal care items to Franklin County Children’s Services for foster teens when they move to a different home.

Missions Group
Rose Run Missions Giving Tree

Natural Disasters:
Provide funds to Presbyterian Churches nationwide in those areas in need due to natural disasters.

Thanksgiving Baskets:
Provide meals to families in New Albany, working with the New Albany Food Pantry.

Giving Tree at Christmas:
Provide gifts of toys to children in our community.

New Albany Bridges:
Provide yearly cash donations, support in annual coat drive, and various needs of New Albany Food Pantry students going to college.
